Morshead Consulting was founded in 2020 to provide high quality analysis, experimentation and transformation for the UK MoD, Industry and Government agencies. We operate a hybrid working policy through a mix of secure offices, home-working and customer site embeds. Our digital Collaborative Work Environment allows the creation, storage, sharing and review of documents up to OS and through ADS we manage a range of advanced security clearances.
Peter Harvey
Head of Transformation
Peter has significant experience and expertise in the management and delivery of change within client organizations. Through his work in Army Headquarters Training Branch over the last seven years, he has had unique industry insight into the delivery of Land training and demonstrated an innate ability to work well alongside the Military. Peter regularly briefs at the 1* MOD level putting complex Programme and technical issues in context for delivery.
Richard Wood
Head of Experimentation
Richard is an experienced Analyst and Experimentation Lead in the Land environment, delivering a number of major Training, Wargaming and Technology projects for Defence customers including Army HQ, Dstl, Land Warfare Science and Technology (S&T) and the Field Army. He has a thorough understanding of military operations and doctrine from his sixteen years’ service as an Operational Company Commander, Regimental Signals Officer and Staff Officer at MOD Main Building.
Daniel Page
Head of Analysis
Daniel is a Fellow of the OR Society with over two decades’ experience providing technical advice, assurance and leadership for challenging and short turn-around analysis tasks. He is a former ASC and ASTRID Technical Lead for Land & C4ISR and has worked on more than 150 Land, C2, C4ISR, Cyber, Air and Weapons System Tasks. His experience has given him a strong breadth of understanding across multiple domains, techniques, methods and models and in particular the rapid evaluation of the costs and benefits of future capabilities and concepts using limited data sources.
